On site security training &
risk
mitigation for all humanitarian workers.
We equip NGO (Non Governmental Organization) and FBO (Faith Based Organization) personnel, who care for those in great need,
to be safe and secure so that they can stay the course in the work that
they have set out to accomplish.
Why security is important for
aid personnel
International aid workers have been victims of
home burglaries, robberies, armed holdups and
carjacking, rape, massacres, and kidnappings.
The unfortunate reality is that countries that need
the most aid - places like Darfur, the West Bank,
and Afghanistan - are often the most dangerous
parts of the world for foreign aid workers to live.
What we do to train workers
in risk avoidance
Angel Alert Network (AAN) provides all services on-site – providing the capability to tailor services to the specific location. Ranging from threat and risk assessments, vulnerability studies specific to each client’s living and working situations, as well as recommendations for increasing security awareness and countermeasures. AAN also provides, upon request, training in personal and physical security awareness, first aid, risk
management, etc.
